Everyone's friendly in The Crescent, Annandale.

Annandale artists were among the first in Sydney to brighten signals boxes. Admire this one in The Crescent. |

Johnston Street, Annandale, has a brilliant example of realistic art. |
Annandale
Impressive stained-glass windows permeate Annandale. They climax in tiny Gray Street.
(See below for another example.)

Ashfield
This one in The Esplanade, Ashfield, is so lifelike that you’re almost scared to stand in front of it.

Balmain
I just did Darling Street in time. It's
no longer "Balmain's oldest garage" but Balmain's
newest garage, following renovation. All the history is history.
Balmain
Before the renovation, our five friendly
Darling Street staff were ready and waiting to fill your tank
for two shillings and threepence and check your Model T Ford,
which was released only eight years ago in 1907.
Balmain
They’re not precisely murals, but they sure enhance this wall in Lockhart Avenue, Balmain.
Congratulations to the residents for going to so much trouble.
