You can only get to the Sydney suburb Milsons Passage by water. It's a top (hat) way to travel.

Other than this main highway, which is not yet a tollway, Milsons Passage has no roads and therefore no cars

As there are no streets, the street numbers are just house numbers.

Computer systems for mail don't recognise Milsons Passage addresses, eg
29 Milsons Passage 2083
So they have to give their address as
29 Milsons Passage
Milsons Passage 2083

Every property extends to the water's edge.

A friendly welcome to visitors - well I think it is friendly.

You can walk the whole length of the suburb along the water by trespassing through all 42 properties. This is encouraged by the 15 permanent residents, and no-one minds provided you shut their gate (if they have one) after you go through.

Besides the waterfront trespassing, you can walk back on the barely visible 'fire trail' behind the properties to see the double-decker cave.
