5 kph") after they have emerged from a
unit block into Montrose Road.

didn’t know, even though 27 such signs were clamouring
for his attention.

limit. Elsewhere, don’t park for more than 10 hours
in the 10 hours between 7am and 5pm, or you could get fined.
It would serve you right.
